Behind Tee Time 44 is a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. Founded by Bryan and Amy Pulliam, Tee Time 44 was built on a dream of bringing a unique family entertainment destination to the Lake Oconee community—one that combines recreation, hospitality, and connection in a welcoming environment.

Today, that vision is carried forward by their daughter, Anna Kate Bennett, and her husband, Cole Bennett, who oversee the day-to-day operations and help bring the Tee Time 44 experience to life. Together with our talented culinary, hospitality, and golf instruction teams, they are committed to providing outstanding service, fostering community, and creating a place where guests of all ages feel right at home. Amy & Bryan Pulliam

Founders

As the founders of Tee Time 44, Bryan and Amy Pulliam share a passion for creating places where people can connect, have fun, and build lasting memories. Proud members of the Lake Oconee community, they envisioned Tee Time 44 as more than an indoor golf venue—it’s a gathering place where families, friends, neighbors, and visitors can enjoy great food, friendly competition, and meaningful time together. Bryan, an attorney and entrepreneur, and Amy, an educator, author, and international consultant, have built their careers around serving others and bringing people together. Today, they are proud to see that vision carried forward by their daughter, Anna Kate, and son-in-law, Cole, as Tee Time 44 continues to grow as a family-owned destination where everyone feels welcome.

Cole Bennett

Director of Golf Operations

Together with his wife, Anna Kate, Cole Bennett is helping drive Tee Time 44’s mission to make golf more accessible, social, and fun in Lake Country. A certified GOLFZON Leadbetter Academy instructor, Cole brings a wealth of coaching experience, a passion for player development, and an approachable teaching style that helps golfers of all skill levels gain confidence and improve their game.

Lee Miller

Golf Pro

With decades of teaching experience and a reputation for developing better golfers, Lee Miller brings a data-driven approach to instruction to Tee Time 44. A PGA Teaching Professional and Golf Digest Top 10 Teacher in Illinois, Lee combines advanced technology (including TrackMan and 3D swing analysis) with a talent for simplifying the game. His goal is to help every golfer better understand their swing, build confidence, and enjoy the process of improvement.

Anna Kate Bennett

Director of Digital Operations

As one-half of the powerhouse duo behind Tee Time 44, Anna Kate Bennett helps bring Tee Time 44’s vision to life both behind the scenes and in the community. A teacher at Lake Oconee Academy, she combines her passion for education and technology to support everything from the Tee Time 44 website and mobile app to the Full Swing simulator experience. Whether she is in the classroom or helping enhance the guest experience, Anna Kate is always focused on creating meaningful connections.

Brett Ricardi

Head Chef

When it comes to food, flavor, and hospitality, Executive Chef Brett Riccardi is leading the charge at Tee Time 44. With more than 30 years of experience in restaurant management and catering (including two decades in golf and country club environments), Brett brings a seasoned perspective to the kitchen. His focus on quality, creativity, and guest satisfaction helps deliver an experience that blends exceptional dining with interactive entertainment.

Mark Gunthorpe

Golf Pro

Golfers looking to sharpen their skills will find a wealth of experience in instructor Mark Gunthorpe. A certified GOLFZON Leadbetter Academy instructor, Mark brings an impressive competitive résumé that includes U.S. Open qualifying appearances, six U.S. Pro Golf Tour victories, multiple tournament wins, and course records at Summit Chase, Sea Island, and The Oaks. His passion for the game and deep understanding of competitive golf help players elevate every aspect of their performance.
